1. What Parly is
Parly is private stablecoin execution infrastructure. Parly helps users:- shield supported stablecoins into private balance;
- send supported stablecoins privately;
- receive supported stablecoin payments through Privacy Links;
- recover private state through wallet-controlled cryptographic recovery;
- verify a disclosed payout or invoice settlement through a scoped verification flow;
- integrate with private payment workflows through the SDK and MCP server;
- operate relayer infrastructure where supported.
2. Non-custodial protocol
Parly is designed as a non-custodial protocol and application layer. You are responsible for:- your wallets;
- your private keys and seed phrases;
- the addresses you provide;
- the transactions you sign;
- the networks and assets you choose;
- your compliance with applicable laws;
- your tax, accounting, and reporting obligations.
3. Eligibility and sanctions
You may use Parly only if you are legally permitted to do so. You must not use Parly if:- you are subject to applicable sanctions, blocking, or restricted-party rules;
- you are located in, ordinarily resident in, organized in, or operating from a jurisdiction where your use of Parly is prohibited;
- your use would violate applicable law, regulation, court order, sanctions program, export-control rule, or other legal restriction;
- you are using Parly for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, ransomware, theft, trafficking, illegal goods or services, market manipulation, or other unlawful activity.
4. Wallet authentication and recovery
Some Parly flows require a wallet signature. Wallet signatures may be used to:- authenticate wallet ownership;
- derive or unlock wallet-controlled recovery identity;
- publish or manage Privacy Links;
- recover link-scoped payer history;
- authorize a supported payment or refund flow;
- confirm eligibility for campaign or admin-gated surfaces.
5. Supported assets, networks, and routes
Parly supports only the assets, networks, and routes shown by the application or documented as active. Supported route availability may change based on:- network conditions;
- route liquidity;
- relayer availability;
- provider availability;
- policy checks;
- contract configuration;
- maintenance;
- legal or security restrictions.
6. Privacy Links
Privacy Links are shareable Parly payment pages. There are two main Privacy Link types:- profile links for open-ended payments;
- invoice links for a specific requested payment.
7. Payer name, references, and reconciliation
For Privacy Link payments, a payer may optionally provide a display name, reference, memo, or similar payment detail where the product supports it. This information is meant to help the link creator reconcile a payment. If provided, payer-entered information may be visible to:- the Privacy Link creator;
- the payment or invoice record;
- a receipt;
- a verification result where the receipt token or verification link intentionally discloses it.
8. Receipts and Verify
Parly receipts and Verify are scoped disclosure tools. A receipt or Verify result may confirm that a specific payment, invoice settlement, or payout scope settled through Parly. A receipt or Verify result does not confirm:- delivery of goods or services;
- identity of a merchant, payer, recipient, or counterparty beyond disclosed fields;
- the truth of invoice terms;
- the quality, legality, or performance of any off-chain transaction;
- the full private ledger or full wallet history of either party.
9. Refund wallets and failed payments
Some one-time deposit and Privacy Link flows require a refund wallet. Use a wallet you control as the refund wallet. Do not use an exchange, custodial deposit address, or address you cannot sign from unless the product explicitly states that such an address is supported for the refund path. If a payment fails, expires, is underpaid, overpaid, duplicated, sent with the wrong asset, sent on the wrong network, sent too late, or fails policy checks, the payment may become:- pending;
- failed;
- ignored;
- manually reviewed;
- refund-available;
- unrecoverable.
10. Relayers and execution
Parly may use independent relayers for private execution. Relayers may:- receive encrypted execution requests addressed to them;
- validate supported execution bundles;
- submit transactions where authorized;
- participate in ingress and payout flows where supported;
- earn fees or compensation where configured.
11. Fees, gas, and costs
Using Parly may involve costs, including:- network gas;
- stablecoin transfer fees;
- relayer fees;
- route or provider fees;
- protocol fees where configured;
- refund-claim costs;
- failed or reverted transaction costs.
12. Campaigns, points, and rewards
Parly may offer waitlist, airdrop, points, referral, shield-mining, or other campaign surfaces. Campaign participation is subject to eligibility, anti-abuse checks, duplicate-profile controls, policy restrictions, and any campaign-specific rules. Points, ranks, badges, allocations, referrals, or campaign scores:- are not money;
- are not stablecoins;
- are not securities;
- are not guaranteed rewards;
- may be corrected, reduced, removed, frozen, or disqualified for abuse, error, fraud, duplicate identity, ineligible activity, or policy violations.
13. Prohibited conduct
You must not:- violate applicable law;
- evade sanctions, route restrictions, or policy checks;
- use Parly for fraud, theft, laundering, ransomware, scams, illegal goods or services, or harmful activity;
- impersonate another person, company, project, government, protocol, brand, or community;
- publish misleading, abusive, infringing, illegal, or unsafe Privacy Link content;
- attempt to spam, overload, scrape, probe, exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt Parly systems;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, eligibility checks, route controls, verification gates, or admin controls;
- submit false reports or manipulate reports;
- create duplicate campaign identities or abuse referral systems;
- use relayer, SDK, MCP, or admin surfaces outside their intended authority.
14. Reports, moderation, and restricted names
Parly may support reports for public profiles, invoices, handles, links, images, or other public content. Reports are used to help identify abuse, impersonation, illegal content, reserved names, unsafe links, or policy issues. Parly may take action on reported or restricted content, including:- pausing a link;
- hiding a public asset;
- requiring a rename;
- reserving a name;
- clearing or rejecting a report;
- removing content;
- blocking a route;
- limiting access to a feature.
15. User content and public assets
If you upload or publish names, images, profile details, invoice details, descriptions, websites, X links, or other content, you represent that you have the rights and authority to do so. You grant Parly permission to host, process, display, resize, cache, and distribute that content as needed to operate the product. Do not upload or publish content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, abusive, malicious, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, or otherwise unsafe. Parly may remove or restrict content that appears to violate these Terms or applicable policy.16. Third-party services
Parly may integrate with third-party services, wallets, RPC providers, storage providers, identity providers, notification providers, route providers, bridge or relay providers, and public blockchain networks. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy notices, fees, uptime, risks, and restrictions. Parly is not responsible for third-party service outages, wallet behavior, chain reorganizations, RPC errors, wallet-extension errors, provider restrictions, exchange restrictions, or asset issuer actions.17. No professional advice
Parly does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, compliance, or business advice. You are responsible for obtaining your own professional advice before using Parly for treasury, business, payroll, vendor, contractor, commerce, tax, compliance, or regulated activity.18. Risks
Using blockchain systems involves risk. Risks include:- smart contract bugs;
- wallet compromise;
- phishing;
- wrong-network transfers;
- unsupported asset transfers;
- route failures;
- relayer downtime;
- provider downtime;
- transaction reverts;
- lost keys;
- policy blocks;
- regulatory changes;
- stablecoin issuer actions;
- chain congestion or downtime;
- user error.
